I had a quick look at Erizmo.com and here are the quick thoughts that came to my mind.

4. As you are college students, one of the cool way is to market to the students. Focusing on facebook fan page would be cool and keeping it active is very important.
Some technical feedback,
If the sign up / login modal window is avoided from displaying for every page that I visit in categories, then it would be cool. During initial time, people might dislike it as it may annoy them. For example, I would love to look into different categories before I register. However, if your business strategy is to get data by registrations, then ignore this.
