Scope of Reverse Auction based market in B2C Segment

We have launched a pilot where people can purchase two wheeler online. Though the decision and selection of dealer happens online, the actual transaction happens offline. The application is based on Reverse Auction where dealer tries to offer the best deal to win the customer. As of now, the application is launched for two wheeler but this service can be extended towards any segment. It will be turnaround application for local dealers as they can quote,compete and sell online.

Now, here is what we are trying to achieve. But we would like to have expert comments and guidance on this.
